Merchant Support

Guidance for authorized merchants correcting profiles, offers or structured promotion data.

Reviewed August 14, 2026

Merchant Support is for businesses represented in the Promocodes catalog and for authorized representatives who need to correct store information, claim a profile or provide reliable promotional data.

Merchant access is reviewed. A claim should establish a credible connection between the requester and the business before management features are granted.

01

Claiming a store profile

Where the Merchant Portal supports claims, a merchant can submit a request for an existing store profile. Claims are not automatically approved merely because an email address was entered.

Review may consider the official website, business-domain email, affiliate-network identity, documentation or other reasonable evidence of authorization.

02

What merchants can request

Store corrections

Official name, domain, description, country coverage or other factual profile details.

Offer corrections

Clear evidence that a code, promotion, destination or condition has changed.

Authorized feeds

Structured offer sources that can be reviewed for integration.

Campaign information

Documented seasonal, product or category promotions with clear eligibility.

Brand assets

Logos or images supplied with permission for the intended use.

03

Publication remains editorial

A verified merchant relationship does not guarantee that every submitted promotion will be published. Offers still need enough usable facts, a safe destination and compliance with the site's publication standards.

Merchants cannot buy a verification label, remove accurate limitations or require unsupported global-availability claims.

04

Useful correction evidence

Include the affected store or offer URL, stable merchant or campaign identifier, official destination, current terms, applicable countries and dates. If an affiliate network is involved, include the advertiser or program identifier where practical.

Avoid sending customer data or confidential business information that is unnecessary for the requested change.

05

Shopper disputes and orders

Promocodes is not the merchant's order-support system. If a shopper contacts us about an order, we may direct that shopper to the merchant because the merchant controls payment, fulfillment, returns and refunds.

Merchants remain responsible for the support commitments they make to their customers.

06

Security and impersonation

Do not share passwords or private API credentials through general support messages. Suspicious merchant claims can be rejected or paused while authorization is checked.

If you believe a profile or offer is being used to impersonate your business, provide the affected URL and official evidence through Contact Us.

Merchant access is based on authorization and evidence, not on a request alone.
